It depends on your home’s size, whether you have ductwork and the equipment you choose. We give free written quotes after an in-home assessment and show you which rebates can lower the price.
What heat pump rebates can I get in Vancouver?+
Homeowners can use BC programs including CleanBC, FortisBC dual fuel and BC Hydro rebates, plus the upcoming federal heat pump rebate. Amounts depend on your home, your heating fuel and your income. Check your eligibility in about two minutes.
Can you add air conditioning to a condo or townhouse?+
Usually, yes. Ductless mini splits and compact heat pumps work well without ductwork. In strata buildings we help prepare the details your council needs to approve the install.
How often should I service my furnace or heat pump?+
Once a year at minimum, ideally before winter for heating and before summer for cooling. Our Comfort Protection Plan schedules it for you.
Do you handle permits?+
