Do you provide mechanical design and drawings?
Yes. Our team completes heat loss and gain calculations to CSA F280, designs duct layouts and prepares mechanical drawings for permit and construction.
What do you need from us to prepare a bid?
Architectural and mechanical drawings, specifications, any addenda, your bid due date and, if available, the energy model or Step Code target. Upload them through our bid request form or share a plan room link.
How quickly can you turn around a bid?
It depends on the project’s size, complexity and your bid deadline. When we receive your request, we review it promptly and confirm a target submission date with you.
Do you work on Step Code and Zero Carbon Step Code projects?
Yes. We design and install heat pump, HRV/ERV and high-efficiency systems and coordinate with your energy advisor to help meet BC Energy Step Code and Zero Carbon Step Code requirements.
